Every year I hit some.
And every year I miss some.
Part of the reason I miss some is because I bite off more than I can chew.
Another reason is because I start January 1.
I suck at January 1 goals.
Just like I suck at start-Monday diets.
And start-Monday exercise programs.
So this year I’m not starting January 1.
I’m starting December 6.
Why that date?
Well, half is random.
And the other half is because it’s my “name day.”
See… I’m Greek.
And in Greece they celebrate “name days” like they celebrate birthdays.
I have no idea what day of the week it is, but that’s the date.
But I figure I’ll celebrate my name day by becoming a better husband, father and hustler. :)
So for the next two and a half weeks I’m going to work on setting my goals.
I’ll announce them here for sure.
